What You Need to Know

  • Registration & Payment: Room and golf fees are handled directly through Grand Traverse Resort. Complete your registration and secure your spot here: Click to Register & Pay

  • Format: Scramble — a team-friendly format that keeps the round competitive, fun, and moving for all skill levels

  • Departure: Friday, September 25 at 7:00 AM sharp from the CTAB rear parking lot — arrive early to load up

  • Parking: Leave your vehicle in the CTAB rear parking lot for the weekend, or arrange to be dropped off

  • Golf Club & Luggage Transport: A golf trailer will be provided to haul your clubs and bags at no additional charge

  • Meals & Beverages: Food and drinks are not included in the trip cost — plan accordingly and bring a change of clothes for dinner out

  • Transportation from CTAB: Group transportation is available for a nominal fee — details forthcoming; contact Gerald Parker to reserve your spot (313) 689-1129
